Pattaya Luggage Storage, run by Dreamaway Co., Ltd., is a staffed shop on Thepprasit Road with parking. You can walk in or book online through its booking partner, Bounce; its terms say a booking stands only once it is confirmed. It collects bags from a hotel or villa and delivers them to another hotel or a bus terminal within Pattaya city, but not to or from an airport, and its pick-up times are estimates, not appointments.
AIRPORTELs has a counter inside Terminal 21 Pattaya in North Pattaya, priced by the hour, day, week or month, with a higher rate for special items.
What the two sites do not settle
- AIRPORTELs' late hours: its branch pages give 23:00 on Fridays to Sundays, but Terminal 21 lists the mall as open 11:00 to 22:00 daily. If you need your bags after 22:00, ask the counter how you reach it.
- What counts as small or odd-sized: neither site gives exact sizes. Describe your bags when you book.
- Insurance and value: Pattaya Luggage Storage's terms say the shop entrance is on CCTV but the storage room is not watched all the time, and that it is not liable for undeclared high-value contents. Keep passports, cash and electronics with you.
Planning the day you check out
- Ask the hotel first. Ask the day before whether it will keep your bags after checkout, at what charge and until what time.
- Work back from the departure. Take the time your coach, flight or train leaves, add the time to get there and the check-in time it asks for, and collect the bags well before that.
- Keep the counter's closing time in mind. Both counters above close in the evening; a late-night departure needs the bags with the hotel or with you.
