Getting there
Soi New Plaza runs between Second Road and the bar sois just south of Central Festival, so from most central-Pattaya hotels it is a short walk. Baht buses run the length of Second Road; hop off near Soi 8 and the soi is right there. Grab and Bolt will drop you at the corner.
