It was a Cajun-Creole restaurant in the Pattayaland/Soi 13 area, and over the years reviewers praised its authentic Louisiana cooking under owner Jeff Simoneaux — dishes like shrimp étouffée and a shrimp po’ boy got repeat mentions.
