Casa Fellini is permanently closed. The exact listing at 325/21 Soi Pattaya 13/3 carries a permanent-closure marker, and the older Tripadvisor and Facebook profiles do not establish a reopening.

Closure status

Use the exact 325/21 Soi Pattaya 13/3 record as the current status check rather than the older restaurant profiles; it is a closed-venue record, not a dining recommendation.

A current Thai Tripadvisor result is titled Fellini Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, not Casa Fellini, and presents a separate name and review surface. The result does not establish that it is the same address, a successor, or a reopening of Casa Fellini, so the similar name remains an identity lead rather than evidence against the closure record.

The closure was verified on July 24, 2026. The old page described Casa Fellini as an operating Italian restaurant, but its menu, hours, prices and service details are now historical rather than actionable.

Identity reconciliation

The Google exact-name record supplies the current permanent-closure signal at 325/21 Soi Pattaya 13/3. Tripadvisor and the former Facebook page preserve the Italian restaurant identity, while the Pattaya Guide and ASEANNOW references place the historical venue around Soi 13/3 rather than the old Rompho/Jomtien description. The conflict is therefore mainly status and the old page’s location metadata; it is not evidence of a second current Casa Fellini.

What the restaurant was

Casa Fellini was listed as an Italian restaurant and pizzeria. The previous page placed it in Rompho, Jomtien, but that description and its coordinates did not align with the exact current map identity in central Pattaya. A 2017 Pattaya Guide feature grouped Casa Fellini with the Beach Road Italian restaurants, while a 2017 ASEANNOW discussion placed it just off Beach Road on Soi 13/3. Those older references agree with the supported former address and help identify the venue, but they are historical rather than evidence of current trade.

The apparent source conflict is therefore about time, not location: the older Tripadvisor, Facebook, Pattaya Guide and ASEANNOW records preserve the former restaurant’s identity, while the exact Google listing carries the newer permanent-closure marker. The page keeps the older details as context and does not turn them into a current menu, hours or recommendation.

What replaced it

No successor at the verified address and no relocation of Casa Fellini have been documented. Travellers should not use old restaurant profiles as proof that the business still trades.

Toscana Trattoria Pizzeria

Toscana Trattoria Pizzeria — the sign actually reads Trattoria Pizzeria Toscana — is one of Pattaya's longest-standing and best-regarded authentic Italian restaurants, impossible to miss thanks to the giant Leaning Tower of Pisa mounted on its Beach Road frontage. It sits at the quieter northern end of Beach Road, with a breezy, open-fronted dining room looking out across the road to the sea. The kitchen takes its Tuscan roots seriously: handmade pasta (reportedly using eggs from the owners' own farm), wood-fired pizzas, ravioli, seafood spaghetti, homemade cold cuts and Tuscan-style specialities, plus premium T-bone and ribeye steaks, rounded off with proper tiramisu, panna cotta and house-made gelato. There's a long wine list, draft and imported beers and a full cocktail menu. Service gets consistently warm reviews, and it's the kind of place that pulls in both holidaymakers wanting a good pizza with a sea view and expats after a genuine plate of pasta. It's not the cheapest Italian in town — you're paying for quality ingredients and a prime beachfront spot — but it's widely rated as worth it. Open daily from around midday until late; the sea-facing tables are the ones to ask for at sunset.

Terrazza Baia

Terrazza Baia is a second-floor Italian restaurant and sunset terrace inside Central Pattaya. Its documented offering includes Tuscan food, pizza, pasta, seafood, oysters, cocktails and coffee. No current public item prices were available in the accepted record.

Pan Pan (Central Pattaya)

Pan Pan is one of Pattaya's oldest and best-known Italian names, serving the town since the mid-1970s, and this is its central branch. The formula that made it a fixture is unchanged: wood-fired pizzas from a traditional oven at the front of the room, house-made pasta and risotto, grilled meats, and — the part regulars rave about — a proper in-house bakery and gelateria turning out cakes, pastries and Italian ice cream. It's a comfortable, slightly old-school trattoria rather than a trendy new opening, which is exactly why it has kept a loyal expat and repeat-visitor crowd for decades. Prices are fair for the quality and the history: pizzas start under 200 baht, pasta from around 190, and main courses land in the 250–350 baht range, so a two-course dinner with a drink stays firmly mid-range. The gelato and dessert counter is worth saving room for and is a destination in its own right for many locals. Reviews are broadly positive but not universal — some diners find individual dishes hit-or-miss and the style a touch dated — which is a fair reflection of a long-running kitchen that plays it straight rather than chasing trends. For a reliable, central, well-priced Italian with genuine pedigree and a standout dessert case, it's an easy recommendation. There are sister branches in Jomtien and at Central Festival if this one isn't convenient.
