The Japanese ownership is the tell: buns are baked in-house to a 'secret recipe', patties are cooked with obsessive precision, and the wagyu burger — moist, tender and repeatedly singled out in reviews — is the house special. The room is modern and air-conditioned with covered outdoor tables under fans for soi-watching, and it runs from lunchtime until deep into the night, which suits its bar-strip surroundings. Reviews across TripAdvisor, Google and Trip.com are strongly positive: juicy burgers cooked to order, fresh crispy fries, generous portions for the money and unusually friendly staff. Expect a few hundred baht for a standard burger and meaningfully more for wagyu and steaks; note the 10% service charge added to every bill, the one recurring gripe.
