The Japanese ownership is the tell: buns are baked in-house to a 'secret recipe', patties are cooked with obsessive precision, and the wagyu burger — moist, tender and repeatedly singled out in reviews — is the house special. The room is modern and air-conditioned with covered outdoor tables under fans for soi-watching, and it runs from lunchtime until deep into the night, which suits its bar-strip surroundings. The pitch is simple: 100% imported Australian beef, patties smashed and stacked to order, plus daily-ground Cumberland-sausage hotdogs — served from early afternoon until around 2am, which makes it one of the better late-night feeds in this part of town.
