The profile describes French cuisine and a 07:00-21:00 schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but marks the business as unverified. Those details strengthen the relocation lead without proving that it is the former Jomtien La Taverna.
Why the current address is not settled
PattayaBiz’s dated profile describes La Taverne Bistro as a long-running Pattaya business that moved to 168/4 Moo 10, Soi Khao Talo. Its record gives 06 55 555 373 and says it opened from 07:00 to 21:00 on listed days. That may represent a relocation or a similarly named continuation, but the profile is not an operator-owned confirmation and does not prove that the Jomtien premises became that Soi Khao Talo business.
This creates the key identity boundary: the former Jomtien La Taverna/Carpaccio record, the later La Taverne relocation record and the live map search should not be merged into one current address. Verify the exact name, street and phone before setting out.
