The Michelin inspectors single out the stir-fried squid in black ink sauce and the whole crab stir-fried with curry powder; Thai food media add the crab fried rice, grilled squid and tom yum to the must-order list. Most seafood dishes sit in the low hundreds of baht, so a big shared meal costs a fraction of what beachfront seafood restaurants charge. It opens all day, 9am to 9pm, has its own parking, and draws far more Thai families and Bangkok day-trippers than foreign tourists — which tells you most of what you need to know.
