LOAF’s former Welcome Town cafe was listed at 47/92 Soi Welcome Town and was due to close on 31 May 2026 while the brand moved into a Central Pattaya mall. That operator-led change outweighs the older directory hours when planning a visit. LOAF is a Central Pattaya coffee-and-bakery brand that earned a loyal local following at the Welcome Town project off Pattaya Klang — a small, calm, cream-toned café built around good coffee and a proper bakery counter (croissants, sticky buns, matcha bakes and the like). For anyone after a quiet flat white away from the beach-road bustle, it was a reliable favourite.

We’re keeping this page as a work-in-progress rather than a live recommendation, because LOAF is mid-move:

  • The Welcome Town café posted that it would close on 31 May 2026.
  • The brand has been opening inside a Central Pattaya shopping mall instead.

That means there isn’t a single, stable, independently verified address and set of hours to publish right now. If you want to visit, check LOAF’s Facebook and Instagram for the current outlet and times first.

The older Wongnai and Trip.com records both identify the Welcome Town shop, and the dated Readme.me travel feature also places the café in that project. Their 10:00-18:00-style details are useful historical context but do not override LOAF’s own closing announcement. The important contradiction is status: directory and travel pages can still describe the former café after the operator has announced the move, so verify the active branch on the brand’s channels before travelling.

Café Amazon

Café Amazon is Thailand's home-grown coffee giant — the green-and-yellow, jungle-themed chain you'll see on practically every corner and in every PTT petrol station across Pattaya. Launched in 2002 by the Thai energy company PTT (now PTT OR) as a way to keep drivers caffeinated at its filling stations, it has since exploded into the country's biggest coffee brand by a distance, with well over 4,000 outlets in Thailand alone (and 5,000-plus worldwide), and it famously overtook Starbucks in Thai revenue back in 2018. In Pattaya you're never far from a branch: freestanding drive-thrus, petrol-station kiosks, and units inside malls, hospitals and office buildings, including this Central Pattaya location. The appeal is simple — reliable, cheap, cold caffeine. Most drinks land in the 50–90 baht range, and the sweet, milky iced coffees (the signature 'Amazon' iced espresso, plus iced cocoa, Thai tea, matcha and fruit coolers) are what keep the queues moving in the heat; a small range of pastries and snacks rounds it out. It's not third-wave specialty coffee, and the roast is Robusta-forward and often on the sweet side, but as a dependable, air-conditioned pit-stop for an affordable iced drink, Café Amazon is hard to beat.
