OpenStreetMap placed a restaurant named Mai-Roo at 12.9161461, 100.8793901 in July 2012. Nominatim resolves the point near Banglamung Land Office Road. The map entry contains no hours, telephone, website or cuisine.

Pattaya Mail adds a social-bar identity. Its October 2012 Friday darts standings list Mai Roo Bar and record a match against Biggyz Rest. A German-language forum post from May 2013 also calls it Mai Roo Bar, describing a Swedish-oriented venue where the writer ate breakfast. These accounts suggest a bar that served food, which explains why one source says restaurant and the others say bar.

Location wording is imperfect

The forum title places Mai Roo Bar on Thepprasit Road Soi 8, while the coordinate reverse lookup uses the Banglamung Land Office Road area. Those descriptions may refer to local approaches to the same part of Pattaya, but the sources do not prove exact continuity between the mapped restaurant and every historical bar reference.

Use the coordinates as the strongest location anchor. Do not copy an address from another Mai Roo or assume that a nearby successor business inherited its identity. If inspecting the point, compare signs and current contact details.

Old hours are not present hours

The 2013 writer reported a 14:00-02:00 schedule and quoted breakfast and drink prices. Those numbers describe that visit period only. More than thirteen years have passed, and the old website mentioned in the post is not a current source. Repeating its prices would mislead rather than help.

No recent operator page, directory timetable or fresh customer activity tied securely to the coordinates was found. The honest status is unconfirmed.
