Coffee World
Coffee World is a home-grown Thai café chain, and this is the head page for its Pattaya branches. Founded in Bangkok in 1997 and grown into one of the country's familiar mid-market coffee brands, Coffee World does the reliable café thing: a broad menu of hot and iced espresso drinks, sweet blended frappes, teas, cakes and pastries, plus some light meals, toasties and all-day breakfasts at the larger stores. It's a notch above a grab-and-go kiosk and priced accordingly — expect roughly 80–150 baht for a coffee — but comfortably below hotel-café rates, and the air-conditioned, sit-down setting makes it a handy refuge from the heat while you're out shopping. In Pattaya you'll find Coffee World inside the main malls and shopping spots rather than as standalone cafés: branches have operated at Central Festival on Beach Road, The Avenue on Second Road, and the Outlet Mall on Thepprasit Road, among others, and the brand also appears at some PT petrol stations following its acquisition by Thai fuel group PTG Energy. Because it's a mall-based chain, individual branches open and close and hours follow the host mall, so treat any single location as 'check before you go'. For a dependable air-conditioned coffee, cake and free-WiFi stop while sightseeing or shopping, it does the job.
