Focus Thai Food And Drink is a casual Second Road restaurant serving Thai single-dish meals, seafood, rice, noodles, soups and tom yum. Delivery, takeaway, reservations and outdoor seating make it practical, but current listings disagree on the opening hour.

Moom Talay

Moom Talay is the Thai seafood house on Pattaya Beach Road between Sois 6 and 7, run by Khun Naiyana — whose husband Luca Marchetti operates the well-known Toscana Italian restaurant next door. That family pairing explains its character: a rustic, trattoria-styled dining room (exposed brick, vintage posters, even a Vespa parked inside) serving proper Thai seafood, with much of the produce coming from the couple's own organic farm. The menu runs from fluffy catfish with spicy mango salad and lemongrass-basil seafood soup to whole sea bass, black-pepper crab and grilled river prawns, with a handful of Italian pasta dishes crossing over from next door. Portions are generous and prices fair for a Beach Road address — most seafood mains land in the 200–500 baht band, so two people eat well for under 1,500 baht. There's an air-conditioned interior plus alfresco tables looking across Beach Road to the sea, which is the spot to claim at sunset. It scores 4.1/5 from 270+ Google reviews, though TripAdvisor sits lower at 3.8 — experiences vary more than at Toscana, and service can drag when the room fills. Open daily from around midday to midnight; walk-ins are usually fine outside peak dinner hours.
