Donglana is a currently active Pattaya seafood shop with a fresh 2026 OpenStreetMap update and live social profiles. Public sources agree on the house number and the marinated-seafood format, but the street label conflicts between Soi Noen Plub Wan and Sukhumvit Pattaya 53 Soi 2.

Sizzler

Sizzler is the American-style grill-and-salad-bar chain that Thai families treat as a reliable mall standby, and Pattaya has it covered with branches in the big malls — CentralFestival Pattaya Beach (Central Pattaya) on Beach Road, Terminal 21 Pattaya in North Pattaya, and Royal Garden Plaza at the south end of Beach Road. The formula is the same everywhere: steaks, ribs, burgers, fish and chicken mains that all come with unlimited trips to the salad bar, which doubles as a soup, pasta, fruit and soft-serve dessert station. You can also buy the salad bar on its own for a light, cheap meal — historically around the ฿200 mark, though prices creep up. Mains sit in the ฿250–500 range, so a family eats well below hotel-restaurant prices. It is air-conditioned, kid-friendly and entirely predictable, which is precisely the appeal after a hot day on the beach; nobody comes here for culinary adventure. Expect queues at dinner time and on weekends, especially at the Central Pattaya branch, and salad-bar scrums when tour groups land. Of the branches, Royal Garden Plaza is usually the quietest.

Pizza Hut (Pattaya branches)

Pizza Hut operates several branches around Pattaya — the best-known sit-down one inside Central Marina mall in North Pattaya, plus outlets on the Sukhumvit side of Central Pattaya, in North Pattaya/Naklua (a delivery-focused 'Delco' unit) and serving Jomtien. In Thailand the brand runs two formats: family restaurants where you sit down for pan pizzas, and smaller delivery/carryout counters. Prices are mid-range — medium pizzas list around 200–400 baht — but, as with every pizza chain in Thailand, the standing buy-one-get-one promotions on the app and website are the real menu, and typical per-person spend works out at 100–300 baht. Ordering goes through pizzahut.co.th, the 1150 hotline (the number is practically part of the brand in Thailand), or Grab, foodpanda and LINE MAN. Honest take: Pizza Hut is the family-friendly, air-conditioned, no-surprises option. Pattaya's independent Italian pizzerias beat it on quality at similar money, but none of them will bring a pan pizza to your hotel at 21:30 with a two-for-one deal attached.
