The documented restaurant record

Pattaya Mail placed Pum Pui’s at 222/9-10 Moo 7 on Soi Siam Country Club Road in a 2014 feature. A second article in 2020 reported a change of ownership and menu at the same location. Across those two periods, descriptions included French-oriented food, Thai influence, pizza and comfort food, with pickup and delivery mentioned in 2020.

What the evidence cannot establish

Both accepted articles are historical and come from the same publisher. No qualifying operator or independent 2026 source established that Pum Pui’s still trades, and no reliable source proved it closed. Old phones, hours, prices, ratings and map-derived claims have been removed. Current status is therefore marked unconfirmed, not active, historical-former or closed.

Lee's Diner

Lee's Diner is Central Pattaya's round-the-clock refuelling stop: a no-frills, open-fronted diner on Soi Diana (the Soi 13 connector between Second Road and Soi Buakhao) that never closes. The menu is the classic Pattaya everything-board — freshly made pizzas and calzones, pasta, Western breakfasts and comfort plates, plus a full card of Thai standards like pad krapow — at some of the lowest sit-down prices in the area. The pizza is the surprise: hand-made, properly baked and repeatedly praised as some of the best cheap pizza in Pattaya. Set expectations accordingly for the rest: this is honest, fast, inexpensive diner food, not destination dining, and its roughly 3.8 rating on Restaurant Guru reflects a mix of loyal regulars and the occasional genuinely bad night — a few scathing reviews exist alongside hundreds of contented ones. The location earns it a permanent role anyway: when it's 4am, the bars are winding down and everything else is shuttered, Lee's is lit, the oven is hot, and a live band from the bar next door is often still playing 80s and 90s covers. Every nightlife town needs one of these; Lee's is Pattaya's.
