A branch documented at Windmill Hotel Plaza
Pattaya Mail reported the formal opening of The Balcony Terrace at Windmill Hotel Plaza on Pattaya-Naklua Road in October 2006. Its report described coffee, tea, sandwiches and pastries. SoiDB independently listed The Balcony Terrace Restaurant at the same plaza in a record dated June 2009.
