Pier 21 Food Terminal

Pier 21 is the food-hall anchor on the top floor of Terminal 21 Pattaya, and it's the single best-value feed in North Pattaya. Like its famous Bangkok sibling, it's a big, clean, air-conditioned court ringed by stalls doing Thai staples — pad thai, tom yum, chicken rice, som tam, curries, noodle soups — alongside Chinese, Japanese, Western and vegetarian counters, plus smoothies and desserts. The prices are the headline: most single dishes land around 40–80 baht, so two people can eat properly for the price of one drink on Beach Road. It runs on a cashless stored-value card — grab one from the counter near the entrance, top it up, spend at any stall, and refund the balance when you leave. Food is cooked to order in front of you, turnover is fast, and there's plenty of seating with big windows. It's not a hidden local gem — it's a mall food court, busy at peak mealtimes and a little canteen-like — but for a cheap, reliable, hygienic meal with huge choice (and strong aircon on a hot day), it's hard to beat. Terminal 21 sits near the Dolphin Roundabout at the top of Beach Road, an easy baht-bus ride or short walk from most North Pattaya hotels. Handy for families, solo travellers and anyone who wants variety without committing to one kitchen.
