It is a compact, modern property — only around 23 rooms — that punches above its size on facilities: an outdoor pool with a small lazy river, a fitness room, a lobby coffee shop, a restaurant and a bar. Rooms are contemporary and practical, with air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, mini-bar, fridge, kettle and safe, and many are roomy for the price, which sits in the affordable mid-range — often around 1,500–2,000 baht a night. The big draw is the North Pattaya location: Terminal 21, with its food terminal, cinema and international-brand shops, is about a five-minute walk; the Bangkok–Pattaya bus terminal is close; and Beach Road's northern stretch is calmer than the central and southern sections. It suits travellers who want a clean, well-located base near the malls and transport rather than a sprawling beach resort. Guest ratings are solid — around 8 out of 10 — with the location and pool most often singled out for praise.

Reviews are generally positive on cleanliness, room size and staff, with the usual caveats that a hotel this large can feel a little impersonal and that upkeep draws mixed comments. For families and groups who want room to spread out without paying beachfront prices, it is strong value.
