Sea Crest by Jomtien

The location is the quieter, residential end of Jomtien: roughly an 8-minute walk to the sand and the long beachfront strip of seafood restaurants, with Jomtien Second Road's eateries, convenience stores and songthaews close by, and Pattaya's main nightlife a short drive north. Rooms are comfortable and well kept, and staff earn steady praise for being warm and genuinely helpful — the kind of small-hotel service that turns first-timers into repeat guests. What you trade for the low rate and personal feel is scale: it's a modest building rather than a beachfront resort, the pool is small, and the themed decor won't be to every taste. Even so, nightly rates are among Jomtien's better-value options, often from around 1,200–2,000 baht depending on season.
