The live map listing, an April 2026 field guide and the Cheers Pattaya business record corroborate Billabong Bar on LK Metro in Central Pattaya. Cheers gives 33-87 Soi LK Metro, phone 038 489 255, bookings@billabonghotel.com, a pool table, and bottled beer at 50 baht. Its business listing says 10am-7pm every day, while Google says the bar is open 24 hours. Because those current records disagree, treat the hours as unconfirmed and use the contact details to check before visiting.

The current map, April 2026 guide and Cheers listing align on the Billabong Bar identity, while the older forum and HotelsCombined records explain the separate hotel-room references. The differing addresses and the absence of recovered room inventory mean the bar evidence should not be converted into a current accommodation claim.
