Up top there's a rooftop pool and terrace with sea views across the bay, plus a terrace restaurant, and the basics are covered: free breakfast, free WiFi, free parking, a 24-hour front desk and concierge. Rates typically start around 1,400–1,800 baht a night depending on season, which is good value for the position. The trade-offs are honest ones: it's an older property where some rooms and facilities show their age, the nightlife setting can be noisy, a refundable damage deposit is taken at check-in, and — importantly at the time of writing — a large condominium is being built next door, with daytime construction noise and dust expected for roughly three years from early 2025.
