Rooms have been renovated in a blue-and-white 'undersea' theme and most come with sea or hillside views; expect comfortable, functional accommodation rather than luxury. The facilities are the real selling point: two outdoor pools plus a children's pool, three restaurants, a fitness room, spa and massage, 24-hour reception, and in-house extras like karaoke and bowling that keep families busy on a rainy afternoon. Location is central for Jomtien — a short walk to beachfront restaurants and the baht-bus route, and roughly 10–15 minutes by car to central Pattaya and Walking Street. Reviews are genuinely mixed: guests praise the position, staff and value, while others find parts of the resort dated and in need of updating, so it pays to book a renovated room. Nightly rates often start around 1,200 baht, which is strong value for a beachfront resort of this size.
