The trade-offs are honest ones: it's an older property where some rooms and facilities show their age, the nightlife setting can be noisy, a refundable damage deposit is taken at check-in, and — importantly at the time of writing — a large condominium is being built next door, with daytime construction noise and dust expected for roughly three years from early 2025.
