Baan Souy Resort is a tranquil boutique apartment-resort tucked into a lush tropical garden on the Pratumnak / Thappraya Road side of Pattaya, between the Pratumnak Hill headland and Jomtien and only a short drive from Walking Street. It's really a hybrid — part low-key resort, part serviced-apartment block — which makes it popular for both holidays and longer stays. Cosy Beach Hotel sits high on Pratumnak Cape, the quiet green headland between central Pattaya and Jomtien, a short stroll above the small, sheltered Cosy Beach it takes its name from. Rates are mid-range and often start around 1,500 baht for a standard room in the low season, rising with sea-view rooms and peak dates.
