Thai Thong Villa appears in two independent historical sources as a serviced-apartment property on Soi 27, Pattaya-Naklua Road. SoiDB created and last updated its record in June 2009. A separate April 2020 ASEANNOW discussion mentions Thai Thong Villa on the same soi and describes an all-in monthly rental arrangement.
What the dated sources say
SoiDB recorded a monthly range of THB 11,000-12,000 in 2009 and said electricity and water were included. The 2020 discussion separately mentioned roughly THB 12,000 per month including electricity, water and cleaning. These figures document the property’s former market position; they are not present-day prices.
Current status is unresolved
No accepted operator page, current booking platform or independent 2026 source established that Thai Thong Villa still trades. The old phone, imported rating, precise map point and current-facility implications have therefore been removed. Do not travel to the historical area expecting active accommodation without new direct evidence.
