Location is central for Jomtien — a short walk to beachfront restaurants and the baht-bus route, and roughly 10–15 minutes by car to central Pattaya and Walking Street. Reviews are genuinely mixed: guests praise the position, staff and value, while others find parts of the resort dated and in need of updating, so it pays to book a renovated room. Nightly rates often start around 1,200 baht, which is strong value for a beachfront resort of this size.

JB Pool House

JB Pool House, formally Jomtien Beach Pool House, is a 24-hour pool and sports bar with 11 budget guest rooms on Thappraya Road near Dongtan Beach. Six professional tables, digital darts and six large sports screens are the real draw.
