What you gain here is value and calm — modern rooms at budget-to-mid rates, minus central Pattaya's noise; what you give up is walkable nightlife and dining, since the busy central Beach Road, the malls and Walking Street are all a Grab or baht-bus ride south (roughly 15–20 minutes).
