A historical South Pattaya hotel identity

An archived 2013 Pattaya Addicts discussion describes a small YES Hotel near the Pattaya South Road and Third Road crossroads. A separate Thai-language Chillpainai article published in 2021 lists Yes Hotel on Pattaya Third Road in South Pattaya. The matching plain name and general location support a historical identity, but not a current business listing.

What can safely be retained

The 2013 account described a small hotel with Wi-Fi and no restaurant. The 2021 article described budget accommodation with ensuite rooms, television and internet. These are dated descriptions of the former property, not current amenity promises.

What remains unresolved

No accepted operator, booking or current review source confirmed that a hotel still trades under this plain name. The previous Second Road map pin, coordinates, website and current-availability implications were not independently supported and have been removed.

The trade-off for the space and price is age and style: this is a functional, slightly dated block rather than a design hotel, and there is no pool or resort facilities. What you are paying for is location and value — you are within walking distance of Soi Buakhao, LK Metro, the Made-in-Thailand and Buakhao markets and the nightlife, with Central Pattaya Beach a short baht-bus ride away. Nightly rates are among the cheapest for a room of this size in the area, often only a few hundred baht, which is why it rates well for value despite the wear. Book directly or through the usual sites, and confirm the room type, as sizes and fittings vary.
