A Pattaya Addicts discussion from 2010 placed it near Chockchai 7; Pattaya Gogos later listed it as a cheap-drinks bar that was still trading in 2014. Pattaya Mail then referred to a Beer and Coffee Guesthouse restaurant during a November 2016 flood report.
What the sources do not prove
None of those sources is current enough to confirm that the bar or guesthouse still trades under the Beer and Coffee name. There is no dependable present-day operator page, timetable, menu or price list in the material checked on 28 July 2026. The old value-for-money descriptions are useful context, not a promise about what is there now.
