O’Garas Bar

O’Garas sits inside Tara Court Hotel on Pratumnak Soi 5 and earns its place through food, especially an early full English breakfast. Portions and reliability attract Pratumnak’s expat crowd, though prices sit above Thai street-food levels. Sin Bin Irish Bar

Mulligan’s advertises the familiar package of sports screens, pool, food and reported live music in central Pattaya. Published hours also conflict, with one tourism listing showing 10:00–01:00 and Tripadvisor showing less. Check very recent feedback and look inside before committing. Decide what the pub must deliver

For one complete pub evening, choose Jameson’s. Pick Dicey Reilly’s for comfort, mixed company and a central early finish, or O’Garas when breakfast or dinner matters most. The Little Irishman is closed and excluded from these visit choices. Sin Bin is for late sport, and Shamrock for a low-cost pint near Walking Street.
