Blue Dragon is a historical Soi 8 bar record. A 2013 Pattaya Forum discussion named it alongside King Bar and described its former ladyboy-bar context. That is the most precise independent location evidence available: Soi 8, rather than a usable present-day street address.
Status
The later record is more useful for anyone trying to visit. In March 2024, an ASEANNOW thread asking after a former Blue Dragon operator drew the response that the venue appeared to have been gone for some time, probably closed about nine years earlier. No current operator page or reliable successor has been found.
Practical recommendation
Treat Blue Dragon as a historic name from the old Soi 8 nightlife circuit, not a bar to navigate to. If the aim is a current central-Pattaya night out, choose a venue with a live listing and published hours instead of following this old coordinate.
