Cosy Bar Beer appears in Pattaya’s Second Road nightlife record near Soi 6 and the former Pattaya Dragon area. A 2009 Pattaya Forum discussion described a Cosy’s Bar Beer between Soi 5 and Soi 6, while Pattaya Gogos documents earlier Cosy Bar sites and later changes. This is not a simple, continuous venue history: the local reporting describes demolition, a reappearance farther south and another conversion to U Too Bar.

What the old accounts are worth

Pattaya Gogos says a Dragon Complex Cosy Bar was demolished in redevelopment in June 2008 and later reappeared with a live band. The forum discussion also mentioned billiards and live music, plus prices from 2009. Those details establish the character of the old bar scene, but they are not current service promises and should not be used to budget or plan an evening.

CartoGiraffe still lists Cosy Bar Beer among Second Road venues, but the research found no operator page, current social profile, direct contact or dependable timetable. That is not proof of closure, but it is not enough to recommend the venue as a confirmed stop either.

Keep Cosy Bar Beer in mind when tracing the changing strip around Second Road and Soi 6. For a drink tonight, choose a nearby bar with a current sign and direct contact; skip Cosy if the evening depends on live music, pool or a definite opening time.
