Eagle Bar is best understood through its connection with Eagle House. A December 2012 Pattaya discussion places Eagle Bar on Jomtien Soi 5. In a December 2013 Jomtien food discussion, a contributor describes Eagle House as a guesthouse and restaurant on Soi 4 off Jomtien Beach Road, then states that Eagle Bar on Soi 5 was part of the same operation and could be entered from either side.

That paired location is more useful than treating the bar as an isolated map pin. It also explains why older traveller notes may name Eagle House when looking for Eagle Bar, or give a Soi 4 address for a venue whose bar entrance was remembered as Soi 5.

Food and accommodation in the dated accounts

The 2013 discussion describes the Eagle House side as a guesthouse and restaurant and praises a steak meal with accompaniments. Its quoted ฿350 figure is a dated comment, not a current menu claim. No opened source gives a current food list, room availability, telephone number or opening timetable.

The practical distinction matters: the historical evidence supports a combined bar, restaurant and lodging operation, but it does not establish that the same layout, ownership or offerings survive. Visitors should not choose it for a meal or room without a fresh confirmation.
