Full Moon 2 Bar is best treated as historical context for old Pattaya recommendations. An independent 2019 visit report recorded its move from Soi Khao Talo to Soi Khao Noi. A June 2024 update in a locally maintained Darkside bar-map discussion then says that the Khao Noi premises had become Office Bar. That history explains why older map searches can still surface the name.
