Happy Friend’s Bar has historical rather than current evidence. A 2009 Pattaya forum contributor placed it on Second Road opposite the Apex Hotel and remembered music, modest drink prices and a relaxed approach. A TripAdvisor forum post from 2019 then described having a beer there after returning to Second Road from Soi 10. A hotel-booking page also still names the bar as a nearby place for a Soi 10 hotel.
What the sources do not establish
Those references identify the old central location, but they do not prove that the bar still trades under the same name. None provides a current operator, direct contact, menu, price list or opening timetable. The 2009 comments should be read as period recollection, not an offer of present-day music or drink prices.
Practical recommendation
