Le Rouge is closed. Pattaya Life’s July 2017 area check found the business no longer operating, and its later update said the closure had already lasted more than six months. A 2017 Pattaya Addicts discussion similarly described the premises as shut, abandoned and stripped of furniture. Treat this listing as a historical reference rather than a current nightlife recommendation.

Historical location

The venue was on Soi Khao Noi on Pattaya’s east side, an area often called the Darkside in older nightlife coverage. Road naming can be confusing: Pattaya Life noted that maps may show Soi Wat Boonsampan, while local usage commonly calls the road Soi Khao Noi. This record keeps both names to help readers reconcile older reports with map searches.

Local reporting records Le Rouge as closed by July 2017, with no sign in that report that it had reopened. The visitor discussion from the same period adds corroborating observations from the former site.

A specialist Pattaya bar chronology records that Le Rouge took over from Saxo Bar Club in December 2015 and closed in July 2017. This gives the name a bounded historical timeline and helps distinguish Le Rouge from older references to Saxo at the same location.

The later Pattaya Life item was published on 26 January 2018 after a fresh visit that month, and reported that Le Rouge had remained closed for more than six months. Skip a special trip to the former Le Rouge site. Look for current, independently sourced venues instead, especially if an older guide or forum post sends you to this address.
