Opening-era evidence

A Pattaya Forum thread dated 1 December 2010 announced Oli Bar and Guesthouse on Soi Honey Inn and an opening party for 4 December. The post said the premises still carried the former Ka-Dik sign while being prepared and described televisions, football viewing and a pool table.

Those details describe the opening period only. They should not be converted into current facilities or used to infer that the old guesthouse still operates.
