The location record is unusually consistent: a 2012 report describes a former Village Inn Guesthouse renamed Blue Lagoon, and a Pattaya Mail event listing in 2017 places the venue across from the hospital.

Pattaya Mail later listed a charity concert there with a published 200-person capacity.
