The Celtic Tiger Sports Bar was a Rompho venue in Jomtien, documented as a pub or beer bar by Thailand Night Guide. The listing gives Rompho in Muang Pattaya as its address but leaves the contact details, menu and opening hours blank. That makes it a reliable location record for an older venue, not evidence of a current timetable.

Pattaya Mail provides the clearest activity record. Its September 2016 Jomtien 8-Ball Pool League table lists Celtic Tiger among thirteen teams, with three wins from twelve fixtures. The same report records a 3–12 match against Candy Loca. Pool was therefore part of the bar’s documented local role at that time, rather than an assumption based on its name.

Neither opened source confirms whether the Celtic Tiger continues to trade under the same name. Older listings are useful when following an old Rompho address; they are not a safe basis for a same-night plan.
