The useful distinction is historical versus current. The local guide listed Rompho Complex general hours of 10:00–24:00, but it did not publish a separate timetable for the Laughing Bar. Why the complex hours are not bar hours

The Tripadvisor discussion independently names Laughing Bar among Rompho’s outdoor venues. SabaiAsia supplies the wider complex location and an older 10:00-24:00 window, but it does not attribute that schedule to this individual bar. A complex can open while particular units remain closed or trade later. Without an operator contact or recent exact listing, the sourced fact is historical membership in the Rompho cluster, not a present daily timetable.

Guy Guy Bar

Guy Guy Bar combines an air-conditioned interior, outdoor terrace, pool table, dancers and food service in Jomtien Complex. It serves draft and bottled beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, although sources disagree on its opening time.

Rocket Bar Pattaya

Rocket Bar Pattaya is the sci-fi-themed successor to Rumours Bar & Pool on Thappraya Road. It combines pool, regular music and a very cheap early beer offer, although the rebrand is recent and independent visitor coverage under the new name is still limited.

Tuk Bar

Tuk Bar is a Jomtien beer bar. Pattaya Mail identified its owner and location behind the Grand Jomtien Hotel in 2021, while the 2026 Jomtien darts fixtures list two Tuk Bar teams. That supports a live local venue, but its current daily hours, menu and direct contact should be confirmed before visiting.
