That is useful evidence of the historic venue, not confirmation that the business trades under this name today.

The 2016 enforcement record

Pattaya Mail reported that district officials and police raided several South Pattaya venues in March 2016. Twin Oasis was among those named in the April report, which said the establishments were found selling shisha and alcohol after legal hours and allowing underage customers. This is an historic news record, not a judgement on any later business at the location.

What the sources do not establish

Neither opened source identifies a present operator, timetable, menu or successor at the stored point. The 2016 sale listing indicates that the old business was being offered for sale, but it does not prove the eventual result. Current visitors should not travel there expecting a shisha lounge, nor assume the earlier contact details remain valid.
