ZAMA Skybar

ZAMA Skybar (styled ZAMĀ, 'Place of the Rising Sun') is Jomtien's big rooftop opening — a 38th-floor bar on top of the D Varee Jomtien Beach hotel that launched in late 2025 and quickly became the area's sunset landmark. The setting is the draw: from level 38 you get an uninterrupted sweep over Jomtien Beach, the gulf and the Pattaya skyline, easily the highest drinking view on this side of town. The programming is more ambitious than the average hotel roof bar. Daily 'Sunset Sessions' run 16:00–19:00 with organic Afrohouse and melodic grooves, the music deepens into Afro-tech through the night, and Friday–Saturday bring live performers, fire shows and tribal-themed productions. Expect polished cocktails and a smart-casual dress code, with prices to match the altitude — this is a dress-up venue, not a flip-flops beach bar. Tables at the rail go fast around golden hour (roughly 17:00–19:00), and the venue takes online reservations via SevenRooms, which is worth using on weekends. Open daily 16:00 until 03:00, making it one of the latest-running rooftops in Pattaya. Access is via the hotel lobby lift on Jomtien Beach Road, between Sois 13 and 14.

KitCat Gentlemen's Club
