Budget’s current official location page instead places its Pattaya BK5 branch at 79/1 Moo 6 on Sukhumvit Road in Naklua, opposite Bangkok Pattaya Hospital. That official branch address is the useful one for a current reservation; treat the old coordinate as historical.
Budget lists daily opening hours of 8am to 6pm and a Pattaya telephone number of +66 38 196541. The practical choice for a planned rental is to reserve first, then confirm the handover point rather than travelling to the older pin.
Pickup and vehicle options
Budget’s location page says pickup service is available by arrangement. Call at least 24 hours ahead with the exact address, time and contact number. It also says an off-airport branch cannot pick up at an airport that has a Budget counter, so airport arrivals should select the airport location or arrange independent transport.
