What Chic publishes for renters
Chic requires renters to be at least 21, to provide a valid licence and identification, and to hold a valid credit card for a THB 5,000 deposit hold. Its terms say Friday–Sunday and public-holiday hires need a two-day minimum. For one-way bookings, a fee applies on rentals of at least five days and is waived at seven days, excluding network branches.
The company also publishes basic collision cover with an excess, alongside optional additional cover. Read the exclusions before accepting a vehicle, particularly for tyres, windscreens and keys.
