This is a historical FamilyMart record rather than a current Thai branch. Reports on the 2023 transition say the FamilyMart brand withdrew from Thailand and its remaining stores were converted to Tops Daily. The former Central Pattaya Road location should therefore be checked under its present operator before making a trip.

The Nation reported on August 8, 2023 that Central Retail planned to complete the rebranding during 2023, ahead of the Thai FamilyMart franchise rights expiring at year-end. The prior FamilyMart format was a convenience-store service. The sources used here do not independently confirm the current operator, stock or opening hours for these premises.

The same report explains the format change: Central Retail was moving away from the typical roughly 150-square-metre convenience shop toward larger stores with parking, dining space and a wider service range. That company-level plan does not establish which of those features, if any, reached this former Pattaya branch.
