Siam Country Club

Siam Country Club is the most famous name in Pattaya golf — the four-course complex out in Pong, roughly 20 minutes' drive inland from central Pattaya, whose Old Course is the permanent home of the Honda LPGA Thailand. Opened in 1971 to a design by Japanese architect Ichisuke Izumi, the Old Course was rebuilt in 2006–07 by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley into the tournament-grade, par-72 layout of about 7,162 yards that the world's best women professionals play each spring: rolling fairways, deep strategic bunkering and famously fast, immaculate greens. That LPGA pedigree makes it the marquee round for visiting golfers, but the club is far bigger than one course. Alongside the Old Course sit the 27-hole Plantation Course (opened 2008, Schmidt-Curley, laid out on a former pineapple plantation), the 18-hole Waterside Course (2014, IMG Golf Course Design) and the 18-hole Rolling Hills (2020, Schmidt-Curley) — four distinct experiences on one sprawling site.
