The more precise collection lead comes from Waze: INNCOME MALL, 324/5 Chaiyapruek Road, Unit 18-19, Moo 12, Nongprue, Pattaya 20150. Yandex’s separate map record also places Star Car Rent at 324/5, InnCome Mall. This is stronger than the old generic “Jomtien” address, but confirm whether your reservation is collected at the unit or delivered to a hotel.

The official company pages advertise car delivery in Pattaya and at Bangkok airports. Delivery is a service claim, not a promise that every vehicle or time slot is available. Ask for the exact handover point, inspection process and after-hours procedure before paying.

Fleet and rental choices

The company describes economy cars, five-door vehicles and seven-seat options, and advertises daily, weekly, monthly and yearly rental periods. BahtSold’s local listing gives a separate contact cross-check and advertises a one-day starting point, but the price in that older listing should not be carried into a current quote. Request the vehicle model, transmission, mileage policy, fuel rule and child-seat availability in writing.

The official pages advertise insurance, an additional-driver option and no-credit-card booking language. Those are company claims, not a substitute for the rental agreement. Confirm the insurance excess, exclusions, permitted drivers, licence documents, security deposit, roadside assistance and cross-border restrictions before signing.

Thai booking terms and payment boundary

The official Thai page says a reservation is held for two hours and refers to a THB 5,000 deposit. It also states that the deposit is not refundable after the agreement is made. Because the wording and conditions can change, ask the company to quote the exact cancellation, refund and damage terms for your vehicle and dates. Do not rely on a social or directory summary when the contract is the controlling document.
