Noy’s is a Jomtien name supported by two different kinds of evidence. A July 2017 Pattaya Journal advert identifies Noy’s Restaurant & Guesthouse at 144/24-26 Soi 4, Jomtien Beach Road. A later OpenStreetMap point records a restaurant named Noy at 12.8972134, 100.8694896, and reverse geocoding places the coordinate on Jomtien Soi 4. The agreement on the side street makes the historical identity more credible than a name-only directory match.

The sources do not establish that the restaurant or guesthouse is operating today. The map object was edited in July 2024, but community map data can retain venues after an operator changes or closes. No current first-party website, active booking page, or dated opening announcement was confirmed during this review.

What the older advert tells us

The magazine advert promoted French and Alsatian specialities alongside Thai dishes. That combination gives useful context: Noy’s appears to have served both European residents and visitors seeking local food. The advert also printed opening hours and contact numbers, but those operational details are intentionally not reproduced as current facts. A seven-year-old schedule or phone line can easily belong to a former operator.
