The extra value comes from the older Pattaya City page. That page calls the venue Palmers Bar & Restaurant, says it served English-style food, mentions all-day breakfast and Sunday lunches, and places it in the Pattayaland entertainment complex close to Pattaya Beach. Even if the page is old, it is still useful because it gives the venue an identifiable food angle rather than leaving it as a nameless restaurant pin.

What that does not prove

The older Pattaya City page should not be treated as a live source for present hours or prices. Cheap Charlie's is exactly what the name promises: a no-frills Soi Buakhao restaurant and bar that has become an expat institution for rock-bottom Western and Thai food that is actually decent. The headline act is the English breakfast — the small 'Chaplin' fry-up has traded at 89–119 baht, a price that gets it namechecked in every budget-Pattaya video on YouTube — but the long menu runs through burgers, sandwiches, ribs, roasts and a full page of Thai standards, most of it in generous portions. It opens early for breakfast and keeps serving until around midnight, with beer at beer-bar prices, so it functions as diner by day and cheap bar by night. The crowd is heavily expat and returning visitors, with a rotating cast of regulars at the outdoor tables watching Soi Buakhao go by. Nobody comes for the decor, which is basic plastic-and-strip-light Pattaya; you come because feeding two people well for 300 baht in central Pattaya is increasingly rare. The brand has spun off branches (Jomtien, the Darkside), but this Soi Buakhao original is the one people mean.

Sharples Traditional UK Chip Shop

Sharples Traditional UK Chip Shop is a British chippy in Soi New Plaza serving Atlantic cod, haddock, hand-cut chips, mushy peas, pies and jumbo sausages, with breakfast and Thai dishes expanding the range. It began at Tree Town in 2022 before moving to an air-conditioned restaurant and growing to three Pattaya branches. Reviews praise crisp batter and large portions; hours currently conflict and Western comfort-food prices exceed budget Thai meals.

TJ's

TJ's is one of the stronger live leads in this batch because its public Facebook page adds real operating detail to the map record. The page presents TJ's as a restaurant and bar with UK and Thai food, and the visible description says it opens from noon to 21:00.
