- the district office intended to register the marriage;
- each foreign partner’s embassy or official consular service;
- Thailand’s Department of Consular Affairs for legalisation arrangements.
Ask the district office whether an appointment, interpreter, document copies or a particular witness arrangement is required. Names must match across passports, status documents and translations. Previous marriages or civil partnerships add evidence that the earlier relationship legally ended.

Late afternoon is popular because it reduces heat and can lead naturally into dinner, but sunset is not a production plan. The sun’s angle shifts during the year, and rain or cloud can remove it entirely. A comfortable shaded ceremony with good sound matters more than a precisely timed photograph.

- how quickly the team can move the setup;

- what happens to flowers and audio in rain;
