Nong Nooch Tropical Garden

Nong Nooch Tropical Garden is a large garden complex in Na Chom Thian, south of Pattaya. Formal landscaping, botanical collections, dinosaur models and performances create several different ways to spend a half-day. Choose the parts that interest your group before selecting a ticket.

What you’ll find

The gardens mix geometric topiary, palms, cacti, rock and water features, and elevated views over parts of the landscaping. The botanical collections reward a slower route; the broader themed grounds suit visitors who want to wander and photograph different settings.

Dinosaur Valley adds life-sized models among the outdoor displays. These are sculptures in a garden setting, rather than a natural-history museum. For children interested in dinosaurs, that can be a priority zone rather than an extra squeezed between every other stop.

Cultural performances and elephant shows are separate decisions within the broader visit. Visitors who do not want animal performances can focus on plants, landscapes and the dinosaur displays, while checking what their chosen ticket includes.

Tickets — pick the right tier

Start with the official booking page, select the date and visitor category, and compare the complete package. Admission, internal transport, performances and meals need not be included together. A ticket title alone is not a reliable description of the day.

The checkout reviewed on 12 September 2026 exposed adult/child package fields and inclusion/exclusion sections, but not a readable live price list. We therefore removed the conflicting older price figures from this record rather than presenting one as today’s tariff. Confirm the total and cancellation conditions in the actual checkout before paying.

The operator’s New Year 2026 notice lists child and other eligibility benefits, but it is not sufficient to promise the same admission terms for every September package. Measure children and check their exact category alongside the chosen shows and transport. The old under-90-cm claim was not retained as a universal rule.

Plan your visit

• Location: the operator lists 34/1 Moo 7, Na Chom Thian, Sattahip, south of Pattaya. Use that entrance when comparing a car or transfer quote.
• Opening: the operator’s New Year 2026 notice lists 08:00–18:00 daily. Confirm your date and any performance you intend to attend; that notice is dated context, not a live operations feed.
• Time: allow a half-day for selected zones, plus the journey. A garden route, meal and performance take longer than a quick sightseeing circuit.
• Comfort: carry water and sun protection, and plan breaks. Much of the visit is outside; transport does not make the whole route sheltered.
• Access: ask about the specific route to priority zones, including steps and drop-off points, when mobility needs affect your plan.
• Return: arrange the journey back before travelling south, especially with children or a fixed evening booking.

The southern location can fit a day built around Bang Saray or the Khao Chi Chan landmark. Ramayana Water Park is another southern outing, but adding it creates a much longer day. Compare travel and admission arrangements rather than assuming nearby destinations fit into one ticket or transfer.

Choose Nong Nooch for the type of garden day you actually want: botanical collections, themed landscapes or a family route around Dinosaur Valley. The useful tradeoffs are the size of the grounds, outdoor conditions, package differences and the journey south.
